How much does it cost?
Less than you think. I do not publish rates because every business is different, but quotes are sized so a bar, a shop or a workshop can afford them, not only a large company. Ask for free: within 24 to 48 hours you get a fixed price that does not change along the way unless you ask for something new.
Why cheaper than an agency?
No office, no sales reps, no middlemen. You pay for the work, not the overhead. Quality is the same or better because the person quoting is the person building, and nobody sells you things you do not need.
How long does it take?
A basic website, 1 to 2 weeks. An online shop, 3 to 4. A POS or workshop software, 2 to 4 weeks depending on what has to be migrated. Custom software, in phases with fixed dates. A micro-development, sometimes the same day.
How do I pay?
A percentage up front and the rest on delivery. Long projects are paid by phase. Bank transfer, always with an invoice. Monthly services are paid month by month and cancelled whenever you like.
What if I already have a website or systems?
Even better. I review what you have, keep what works and change only what fails. I never start from scratch on principle, nor force you to change your domain or email provider.
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the data, the domain and the accounts are in your name from day one. If you ever change provider, you take everything with you.
Do you offer support afterwards?
Yes. Monthly, with a small fixed fee, or one-off help with an hour pack. No lock-in.
Do you work outside your area?
Yes, remotely across Spain, and on site when the job calls for it: setting up a network, a server or a POS in your premises.
What is Verifactu and does it affect me?
It is the Spanish regulation that requires invoicing software to produce verifiable records and, where applicable, send them to the tax agency. It affects practically every company and freelancer in Spain. I review your current software and adapt or replace it.
Can I pay for the website with public grants?
If your company meets the requirements of the current programmes, I tell you which services fit and what paperwork you need. Grants change every year; we check together before starting.
Do I need an online shop if I sell in a physical store?
Not always. Sometimes a well-made Google profile, a simple website and WhatsApp orders are enough. I tell you honestly what will bring customers and what will not.
What happens if I get a virus or my data is encrypted?
With immutable backups and a tested plan, you recover and carry on. Without them, you usually lose days and money. Ransomware protection includes backups, protection and a recovery drill, for far less than a single day of downtime costs.
Do you force me to use a specific tool?
No. I use what fits your business and budget best, and if you already pay for something that works, we integrate it instead of replacing it.
How do you protect my data and my customers' data?
With real technical measures (encryption, backups, two-factor access) and the legal texts GDPR requires. We sign the data processing agreement when needed.
What if I do not know exactly what I need?
That is what the first call is for, free and with no obligation. You tell me how you work today and I propose the minimum that truly improves things, no inflated packages.
Can I see progress while it is being built?
Yes, always. I work in phases and show you every step at a private address so you can test and comment before we continue.
